companies seeking acquisition or growth finance and generating predictable cash flow.
As an opportunistic lender,
Boone targets transactions that lack the size and asset base to attract most traditional institutional lenders.
We will also invest selectively in transactions outside of our core strategy, including ABL, bridge and junior capital financings. While
most transactions are unsponsored, we also lend to sponsored transactions.

a broad array of industries and specialize in providing time-sensitive capital to companies with evidence of strong growth.
Positive cash flow history, minimal leverage, and experienced management are also essential to our interest in a transaction.
