We do not finance start-ups or companies which are not yet profitable. Boone Lenders is a great resource for software and technology-based
solution providers, as well as service-related businesses in need of growth capital that may be non-bankable because
of billing practices, limited historical profitability, or simply outstretching their ABL formulas. We can also team
with trade finance and floor plan lenders, banks, traditional asset-based lenders, and factors by taking a second-lien
position for our amortizing term loans. If you are a growth company in need of $500,000 to $5,000,000 for an acquisition, recap,
management buyout, bridge financing, or some other special situation; we are poised to fund on a multiple of EBITDA and
